Lean & Green Smoothie
Absolutely love this recipe! This Lean & Green smoothie is a delicious way to change up your Formula 1 shake and add extra nutrients into your day 💚
Try it for yourself x
- Handful of Ice Cubes
- 250ml-400ml of water - depends how thick you like your smoothie 😋
- 2 scoops of Protein Drink Mix - you can always use one scoop but to help reach your protein target we recommend you use 2 scoops ✌🏼
- 2 scoops of your chosen flavour of Formula 1 - Mint Chocolate goes really well with this 😍
- 1 scoop of Oat Apple Fibre - this product is a must for your day to day shake! Increase your Fibre intake and increase digestive health.
- Spinach 🍃- you can use as much or as little spinach as you like but I like to fill up my shaker with as much spinach as possible!
- 4-5 basil leaves - optional, but gives the smoothie that extra bit of yumminess 👌🏽
- Half a frozen lemon 🍋 - cut the lemon into quarters and deseed. Place in the freezer until you're ready to make your smoothie.
Blend all the ingredients together until you reach your desired consistency. Top with chia seeds and goji berries to serve. Enjoy! 😋 x
