MY DAILY ROUTINE

Keeping your body regularly fed with the correct nutrients won’t make you put on weight
it will simply help it fall off and help you not feel hungry. Water throughout entire day 2L at least
will keep you hydrated helping you get AMAZING results!
  • BREAKFAST SHAKE

    Perfect way to start your day with a Herbalife Nutrition Shake.

  • GYM (Mid Morning)

    High protein snack 30 mins after the gym to build lean muscle.

  • LUNCH / SHAKE

    A healthy well balanced lunch (I love a salad) or a breakfast shake.

  • SNACK (MID AFTERNOON)

    Two healthy snacks low in calories and high in protein.

  • DINNER (700 Calories)

    Aim for a mix of healthy fats, carbohydrates and protein.
