"I was so impressed by my friends results as well as others, I really wanted to try the products for myself. Before I knew it, I was already taking part in my fist 21 day challenge! This is due to wanting to lose stubborn weight post birth of my first child and my mental health was being affected due to the lengthy recovery from the birth. My routine consists of a 2 shakes a day, increased water intake, mid-morning snack and an afternoon snack followed by a well-balanced meal for dinner. Within the first challenge, I noticed my low mood really lifted my head cleared and body was changing for the better as well as my confidence. I felt like I had bounced back! I'm me again! And it feels great! I cried with happiness when my tight jeans were too loose and I could fit into pre pregnancy clothes! In just 2 challenges I had lost over 15 inches, down 1 to 2 dress sizes! “Late last year, I felt so rubbish in myself and I just couldn’t shift the excess weight that I had gained over the last couple of years I felt I needed to do something. So I signed up for one of the 21 day challenges and I’ve not looked back. My coach helped me through it, helping me to change my eating habits and getting use to a better lifestyle. Just After 21 days I couldn’t believe how different my body looked and felt, Others were noticing too which made me feel even better. I’m on my 3rd challenge now, and 2 dress sizes down. I feel amazing. My plan: Breakfast shake, Snack, Either healthy meal or another shake. It depends on what I’m doing on that day. Or I love making the mug cakes and smoothie bowel with granola in. Another snack, Then a meal in the evening. 2-3 themo tea with aloe mango a day Oat apple fibre in my morning shake and belly buster before bed. I love the protein chips and the protein chocolate bars too. My next step is to start the phyto complete and collagen. I feel so much better and have so much more energy. I’ve always been a runner, But I found after my races I struggled with recovery before, But after doing the London marathon, I felt amazing I couldn’t believe the difference. Also my skin, hair and my sleep is so much better. I’m so glad I made the decision to try Herbalife it’s changed my life ”
