"After having my little girl and I gained 5 stone during my pregnancy… I then spent the year eating junk food and was stuck in a bit of a rut and just accepted that was how I was now. I was tagged in some photos on Facebook and that was an eye opener for me. I started my Herbalife journey and I have not looked back!!! I love the products and the convenience. My mindset has completely changed around what I am putting into my body and I’m now the healthiest, most confident and happiest I have been with how I look and I feel even better! The energy I now have is insane and not something I want to lose. This is my lifestyle now. I follow the two shake plan… I have my tea and aloe and oat apple fibre every day. I wouldn’t be without any of the products now but the shakes are my favourite as they are so tasty, filling and convenient."

“If we wait until we’re ready, we’ll be waiting for the rest of our lives” 💫 I said to myself when I started my Herbalife journey in January 2021 that I didn’t want another woman’s body, I said I wanted my body but leaner, stronger and healthier. Not only is there an obvious transformation on the outside but there’s been a pretty big transformation on the inside too. I lost myself in so many ways that I didn’t even know who I was anymore, I was at the bottom of the priority list, as long as my kids was happy and my husband was taken care of that’s all that really mattered to me. The difference this healthy nutritional lifestyle and a bit of exercise has made to my life is just amazing. I can honestly say I’ve really never felt better 👌🏼 Small daily changes certainly do add up to big results . I’ve maintained my transformation without depriving myself or cutting food groups. I’ve just educated and learned myself about food, the balance, type and moderation to which my body needs to thrive!
