How to Use
Mix 2 scoops (26g) of Formula 1 with 250ml of fluid (e.g. milk) and shake or blend until smooth. To get the best results, mix with our protein drink mix and just add water.
If you are taking two shakes a day as part of a Weight Loss Programme you will need 2-3 tubs. They can be different flavours for variety.
