How to Use

Mix 2 scoops (26g) of Formula 1 with 250ml of fluid (e.g. milk) and shake or blend until smooth.

If you are taking two shakes a day as part of a Weight Loss Programme you will need 2-3 tubs. They can be different flavours for variety.

Aim for two shakes a day, and try supplementing with other Herbalife soy-based products like Formula 3 or other foods such as soy beans and tofu.
