I started my first 21 day challenge on the 5th of July after having my baby. I have seen incredible results just by following the ultimate weight loss plan. I say to all of my clients after having a baby don't put pressure on yourself, remember it takes 9 months to grow and baby and can take 9 months or more to lose your baby weight.
The first picture was in August, I am a 46 year old mum of 2 going through early menopause and I felt very low. I had no self confidence, my mood was low, I couldn’t fit into any of my summer clothes. I’m still going through early menopause BUT I feel amazing, my mental and physical well being are so much better, I have more energy, I am healthier and happier

This is exactly why I love the challenges, in the first picture I am 14 days postpartum so really dreaded sharing this but its amazing what you can achieve in just 21 days. I absolutely love these products.
